Charles Yarburgh of Heslington, esq.; Richard Hodgson of Heslington, carpenter.
Cottage or dwellinghouse and croft with the piece or parcel of ground thereto adjoining and belonging, now in the tenure or occupation of John Cockshut, with the common rights and other appurtenances.
Yarburgh covenants for production of his title, and for making out due conveyance before 29 September next.
Hodgson covenants to pay full purchase price of £80 by 29 September, on condition of Yarburgh fulfilling his part of the bargain.
