Plot of land in Cowick Field, containing 2r, 33 poles, bounded to the east by lands of John Rhodes, by lands of Nicholas Edmund Yarburgh to the west and south, and, by railway property to the north.
Covenants for the production on request of a deed poll dated 12 February 1847 whereby George Daniel of Snaith, gent., had sold the lands, and the indenture of 2 November 1846 [abstracted in YM/D/SNA/XVI/2] for provision of attested copies, and for safe-keeping of the originals.
