Case of the inhabitants of Pontefract, Knottingley, Doncaster, Snaith, Cowick, and other towns on the Rivers Ouse, Airedunne, and Trent, against Thomas Gunson, Humfrey Crosse, Alsopp Crosse, Lancelot Beal, and Humfrey Smith.
Dispute over measurage
Both parties agree to abide by Lord Sheffield's judgement in the case.
Subscribed at York by William Ellis, Esq., and Sir William Gee, Kt., for the one party; and by Thomas Gunson, Humfrey Crosse, John Hey, George Starke, and Baldwin Shere, for the other.
