Capital messuage in Kirksmeaton, now or late in the tenure or occupation of William Smithson; cottage in Kirksmeaton now or late in the tenure or occupation of John Smyth; 160 acres arable in Smeaton and Norton fields; 24 acres meadow in Thorpe Audley and Wentbridge (all which lands were now or late in the tenures or occupations of William Smithson, John Smith, and Richard Wilcock); mediety of a croft or close called Smythye croft in Smeaton; close called Waterclose; mediety of a close called Stone Inge in Kirksmeaton; and all other lands belonging to Euers in Kirksmeaton, Thorpe Audley, Wentbridge, and Norton.
To use of Thomas and Dorothy and their heirs male, or to right heirs of Thomas, being conveyed in fulfillment of indenture dated 29 May 1577 between the same parties.
