For covenants regarding certainty of Lambart's title to the lands, of which he is to retain possession until the conveyance completed, and for peaceful possession by Waller without disturbance by Lambart, Ann his wife, or anyone claiming under Robert Lambart, father of George, William Rowth of Waleswood, esq., Thomas Riccard, late of Cowick, deceased, or Alice Lambart, widow, late wife of Robert Lambart; and for assurance of Waller's title by George and Ann Lambart.
