Declaration by George Daniel of Snaith, saddler, that the Lancs. & Yorks. Railway Co. had offered to sell to him a plot of land in Cowick Field, containing 2r, 33 poles, bounded to the east by lands of John Rhodes, by lands of Nicholas Edmund Yarburgh to the west and south, and, by railway property to the north. The land had originally been sold by Daniel to the railway. He declines the offer.
