Lists the lands of which Key is tenant for life, in Water Fulford, Gate Fulford, Heslington, Deighton, Naburn, Wickersley, and Giggleswick.
Sale of close containing 7a. 3r., at Gate Fulford and in the occupation of Robert Rhodes, to raise Land Tax of £38 15s. 4d., and if that insufficient he will mortgage properties at Gate Fulford amounting to 25a. 3r. 8p., now in the occupation of Michael Lawson, or a sufficient part thereof to meet the obligation, unless the money is advanced by the heirs in tail or the heir at law of John Key, deceased.
