Close of pasture called Laverackelands in Balne, containing 12 acres, now in the tenure or occupation of Edward Taylor, with Waller's lands to the south, those of Sir Thomas Metham to the north, a shaw or spring of John Rickard's to the west, and Waller's lands to the east (now in the tenure or occupation of Robert Watson).
Muniments to be handed over by Martinmas next.
Warranty of title against Healey and his heirs, Thomas Dilcocke, deceased, and his heirs, John Bawne, deceased, and his heirs, and Henry Skelton of Balne. Covenants for peaceful possession, etc. Assurance of title for seven years, provided that Healey does not have to travel farther than York.
