2½ acres land or pasture at Snaith, in a close belonging to Radcliffe adjacent to his capital house, now in Jobson's tenure or occupation, of which ½ acre is within the garden of Robert Bawne and lately in the tenure or occupation of James Asshton, clerk, and 2 acres had been acquired from Brian Stapilton, esq.
The property as security for loan of £11, to be repaid in Snaith parish church on 29 May next.
Radcliff appoints as his attorneys James Asshton, clerk, and William Watkyn, yeoman.
