A freehold messuage and 3 stables outside Walmgate Bar, in the parish of St Lawrence in the suburbs of York; a close called the Croft, with all the trees growing there, situated next to the churchyard of St Lawrence; all which said premises were formerly in the tenure of John Dickinson, and are now in the occupation of William Keader and Thomas Moody; a close outside Walmgate Bar, in Fulford, containing 2 acres, now in the tenure of Mr Thomas Wallis; 2 closes, containing 12 acres in Fulford, and now in the tenure of Thomas Nicholson or his assigns, which 2 closes are subject to a free rent of 8s. per annum.
