Thomas Vincent of Warmsworth, esq., and Susanna his wife (daughter and co-heiress of Thomas Wormley of Cusworth, gent., deceased, by Thomasine his wife, deceased, sister and heiress of Nicholas Waller the younger of Balne hall, esq., deceased, who was son and heir of Nicholas Waller the elder of Sykehouse, gent., deceased); Sara Yerburgh, widow, of Balne hall, lately wife of Edmund Yerburgh, esq., deceased, and the other daughter and co-heiress of Wormley and his wife.
Title and claim of Vincent and his wife to various lands and rights in Balne, Snaith, Kellington, Cowick, Gowdall, Pollington, Whitley, Womersley, Fulham, Kirksmeaton, Little Smeaton, Wentbridge, Thorpe Audlin, Campsall, Kirk Bramwith, Fishlake, and Hensall, including the rectory of Snaith, various tithes, and the peculiar jurisdictions of Snaith and the manor of Balne.
The lands represented the inheritance of the two Wallers, augmented by purchases from John Thornhagh, esq., deceased, Robert Vicars, gent., Walter Jobson of Brantingham, and Sir John Stanhope, kt.
Assurance of title for seven years.
