John Taylor, late of Fulford, but now of Percy Street, Middx., esq., of the first part; John Dale of York, yeoman, of the second part.
2 closes of arable, meadow or pasture lately enclosed from the Fulford town-field, now in the possession of John Dale, containing 9 acres 1 rood 4p.; John Taylor and his assigns retaining the right to plant young trees in the hedgerows of the premises.
A term of 7 years.
£25 10s. per annum; £5 per acre to be paid for every acre ploughed up during the term.
