George John Yarburgh, esq., as devisee in tail general under the will of Nicholas Edmund Yarburgh, following the death of Alicia Maria Lloyd.
Messuage now divided into two dwelling houses, with outbuildings, orchard, garden, and croft thereto adjacent in Snaith, bounded by the Ings or Marsh road to the north, on the south and east by lands lately belonging to N.E. Yarburgh, and on the west by lands lately belonging to viscount Downe but now to Joshua Cook, late in the occupancies of Joseph Marshall, Thomas Towne, and Samuel Latham, to which N.E. Yarburgh had been admitted tenant at a court held on 26 October 1827 as purchaser from Samuel Latham; close or parcel of land, formerly part of the open fields of Cowick, containing 4 acres 34 poles, formerly in the tenure of Samuel Taylor, then of Thomas Townrow, bounded to the east by lands lately belonging to N.E. Yarburgh, to the west by lands lately belonging to viscount Downe to the north by ancient enclosures lately belonging to N.E. Yarburgh, and to the south by the Thorne road, to which N.E. Yarburgh had been admitted tenant at a court held on 20 October 1830 as purchaser from William Mitton.
