Charles Yarburgh of Heslington, esq.; William Kirby of Snaith, yeoman.
Yarburgh to Kirby: 3 roods arable, meadow, or pasture in the close called the Paddock in Snaith, belonging to Kirby and now in his possession.
Kirby to Yarburgh: Close or garth containing 3 roods in Snaith, adjoining the west end of the tithe barn yard, in the possession of John Hanks, and late Hills.
Mutual covenants of peaceful possession; the exchange to last so long as that maintained.
