John Bradley of York, gent., of the first part; Charles Marshall of York, woollen-draper, and William Thompson of York, gent., of the second part; Antonia Marshall of York, spinster, of the third part.
A messuage and garden in Micklegate, York, where John Bradley now lives; a messuage in Tanner Row, York, in the possession of Elizabeth Starkey; 2 closes of arable, meadow or pasture at Fulford containing 12 acres, in the occupation of John Edel; a close of meadow or pasture at Nun Monkton containing 5 acres in the possession of John Semington; a farm belonging to John Bradley at Whin Moor Head, parish of Barwick in Elmet, in the possession of Matthew Hall at a rent of £13 per annum.
To the use of John Bradley and his heirs until the intended marriage between himself and Antonia Marshall; after the marriage to the use of John Bradley and his assigns during the term of his natural life, without impeachment of waste and with power to commit waste; after John Bradley's decease to the use of Antonia Marshall and her assigns during the term of her natural life for her jointure and in lieu and full recompense of all dower or thirds which she might claim to have; after the decease of the longest liver of them, to the use of their children; and in default of such issue, to the use of John Bradley and Antonia Marshall, their heirs and assigns for ever.
