3 messuages; 4 oxgangs of land called Vernal Hold Land, with the Ox Close Lands belonging to them; 3 oxgangs of land called King's Mold Land, with the Ox Close Lands belonging to them; all of which lands are freehold, in Heslington, were formerly in the tenures of John Story, Robert Cooper and William Cockshaw, and are now in those of John Dover, Robert Cowper and Thomas Clark; all other freehold lands belonging to mary Wightman in Heslington; the tithes of the manor of Verdenal Place, and of Heslington, known as the Vernal Tithes, being part of the Prebend of Driffield

Christopher Wightman and Mary Wightman agree to surrender to the lord of the manor of Heslington 6a. 3r. in the Ox Closes of Heslington, called Peterhold Land, being copyhold and lying within 3 closes in the manor of Heslington called Wightman's Ox Closes; which lands are now in the tenures of John Dover and Robert Cooper; with all other copyhold lands in the manor of Heslington belonging to Christopher or Mary Wightman; to the use of Charles Yarburgh and his heirs for ever
