All the properties arc in the tenure or occupation of Robert Hearon.
Refers to the will of William Agar, formerly of Langwith, gent., deceased, under which Polly Harrison Agar, his daughter, had a life interest in the properties, to which she was admitted at the court on 27 July 1775, the lands having been purchased by her father from a commission in bankruptcy issued against John Hotham in 1752. On her death the property had passed to her brother, William Agar, by whose will it passed to his widow, as holder for life.
