Manor of Balne (al. Bawne); capital messuage of Balnehall, al. Bawnehall, al. Burgonhall; 1 windmill in Balne; messuage in Pollington now or late in tenure or occupation of Thomas Robinson; several named woods and closes in Balne and Pollington; messuage in Balne in the tenure or occupation of John Makyng.
The deeds to the property to be transferred, or the relevant parts thereof copies and transferred.
Encumbered with jointure of Elizabeth, now wife to John Nowell; leases (a) to John Makyng for 21 years, of which 7 or 8 remain unexpired, at 16/- per annum, (b) to Thomas Wyckliff in Pollington for 21 years, of which 7 or 8 are unexpired, at 22/- per annum, (c) to Lionel Amerson of meadow with fishing at Balnefield Lowes in Balne, for 21 years, of which 7 or 8 are unexpired, at 13/4d per annum, (d) to Thomas Bolt and (-) Breeres of spring called Birkshawe in Pollington for 21 years, at 6/8d. per annum All the rents from these leases hereafter to be paid to Thornhagh.
