Cottage or tenement with hempegarth and lower part of garth adjoining cottage, now in occupation of Widow Smeaton, lying between cottage and garth belonging to Blakeston, now in occupation of George Leeds, to west, with cottage of Sir Thomas Rudston on east; 3 beastgates in the Prickemoore; little close called Plumptree close, with hempegarth of Sir Thomas Rudston on west, and Milne Lane on east. All lands at Hayton, lately occupation of Jane Smith and Marie Smeaton or their assigns.
