William Atwicke of Portman Square, St Mary-le-Bow, Middx., esq., of the first part; Henry Wickham of Cottingley, esq., of the second part; Thomas Midgley of Cookridge, parish of Adel, gent., and Nicholas Smith of Hunslet, parish of Leeds, gent., (trustees named in an indenture dated 6 April 1775), of the third part; Richard Peacopp of Hunslett, merchant, and Susanna, his wife, of the fourth part.
The manor of Heslington; all lands in the City of York, Heslington, Dunnington and Fulford belonging to the Prebend of Ampleforth, except for a mansion house in York and all woods growing upon the lands.
The remainder of a term of 99 years as yet unexpired, if Mary, wife of Jeremiah Dixon of Gledhow, esq., (formerly Mary Wickham, spinster), William Wickham and Lamplugh Wickham (sons of Henry Wickham) should live so long.
£2,600; 10s. (both paid by Thomas Midgeley and Nicholas Smith); £400 (paid by Henry Wickham).
