Scripts and correspondence relating to a radio broadcast of excerpts from the film The Young Mr Pitt, broadcast on 3 March 1946 from Leicester Square Theatre as part of the British Film Festival. Includes: two letters from Harry Alan Towers to Mrs [Margaret] Howard [RD's general manager]; a copy reply from Howard; an early draft of the script which has been heavily annotated by RD; a revised version of the script; a manuscript version (in RD's hand) and a typescript version of the introduction and the relevant excerpts for broadcast.
