With Henry Kiell Ayliff, actor and director, which also includes some correspondence with Margaret Howard (RD's General Manager at the Westminster Theatre), and RD's agents Christopher Mann Management Ltd, as well as various unsent draft letters by RD. The correspondence largely relates to RD's plans for the Westminster Theatre and other productions in 1945, and to various disagreements between RD and Ayliff over the latter's role as producer at the Westminster, leading to his ultimate resignation.
/49-50 is a letter dated 13 April  from 'Mary', accepting RD's terms of forced resignation from her job as stage director at the Westminster, with RD's copy reply.
/51-52 date from May 1946 and relate to a court case against one 'Buckton' in which Ayliff appeared for RD.
