Kelvin Trawlers Ltd, steam trawler owners, acquired limited liability in 1946 . The company operated from Clyde Street, Glasgow and also had a branch at Fleetwood, Lancashire, England. By 1951 , the company owned 4 trawlers, the Kelvingrove , Kelvinway , Kelvindale and Kelvincourt , engaged mainly in the transport of fish and liver oil. The company was dissolved in 1999 .
