Two letters dated 2 February 1956 and 4 March [1956] from Dr William Brockbank of Withington, Manchester to Harold Blundell thanking him for dedicating his latest novel to him, notifying him of forthcoming engagements and lectures, praising Blundell's new novel and informing him of an unnamed friend or relative's ninetieth birthday party. Two letters dated 12 and 17 April 1956 from Francis Iles of Bideford, Devon, to Harold Blundell regarding the 'S.T.' [Sunday Times] crime reviews. Also included is an undated postcard bearing a black and white landscape photograph of Castletown, Isle of Man, which has been placed into a separate envelope BLU/8/2, 2 of 2.
