Watkins Jones, esq., telling him that the Commissioners are unable to recognise the validity of the securities in question and that they [the feoffees of the Free Grammar School, Beaumaris, Anglesey] cannot sanction a fresh mortgage for the amount of debt incurred without their [Charity Commissioners'] approval or knowledge.
