Personal papers of Dorothy Baker. Files include:

Copy of a chapter from a book called “Our Changing Fare,” published by MacGibbon & Kee, 1966. The chapter is titled “Chapter V, Trends in Bread Consumption” and is written by John Burnett. At the top of the front page, a handwritten notes reads “Dorothy Baker, 26.3.68.” 23 Mar 1968
