Philip Houseman, out of court, surrendered into the hands of Thomas Nightgale and Robert Wyly, customary tenants, parcels of land, to the use of Ralph Cobb, and after the death of the said Ralph Cobb to be divided between his second son William Cobb and his son James Cobb, and the said Ralph Cobb is admitted on payment of a fine of 4.1/2d.
