Recital of mortgage in fee, by which Matthew Robinson had leased to Sir John Stapleton and William Wakefield the messuage formerly the Treasurer's house for 100 years for a peppercorn rent, the term to be surrendered on payment of £1575 by MR to JS and WW. £1500 has been repaid, therefore JS and WW have released all claims in the property.
