William Wilkinson of Bootham in the suburbs of the city of York, gentleman, and George Wilkinson of the city of York, hatter, devisee of Joseph Wilkinson, late of Stillington, yeoman, deceased, and Thomas Wilkinson of the city of York, carpenter, nephew and legatee of the said Joseph Wilkinson, out of court, in consideration of the sum of £157.10s., surrendered into the hands of Joseph Munby, gentleman, Steward of the Courts of the Manor, one close, to the use of James Husband of Stillington, yeoman, who is admitted on payment of a fine of 0s.8d.
