Scope and Content

William Cobb and Elizabeth his wife, out of court, surrendered into the hands of Robert Wiley and William Hobson, customary tenants, parcels of land, to the use of Mary Cobb, daughter of Dame Elizabeth Cobb, for the term of her life and after her death to the use of the legitimate heirs of the body of the said Mary Cobb and in default of such issue to the use of William Cobb, and the said Mary Cobb is admitted on payment of a fine of 6s.7d.
