These two documents were given to Oxfordshire Archives by an unknown solicitor via Bedfordshire County Record Office in 1950, and given the Accession Number 176.
Three other documents sent with these two were transferred to Buckinghamshire and Greater London. The two items have nothing in common, and it is not even clear whether they did originate from the same source. However, they are catalogued together because they did reach Oxford as a pair.
