Written while on service with the YMCA in Salonica. Discusses his sprained ankle, the Bradford Orchestra, music at Morley College, De Moroda wanting to perform 'Sneezing Charm', H143, composed 1918, various horoscopes. and gives advice on performances of many of his pieces. Mentions 'Dancing Day' and 'Dargason' [possibly 'Fantasia on the Dargason', H106(4), composed 1911, and 'Japanese Suite', H126, composed 1915.
