Scope and Content

Recordings of works by Gustav and Imogen Holst and recordings made by them as performers. There are also recordings of talks and broadcasts by Imogen Holst, and some interviews with her. These are on cassette and video tape. There are also a series of recordings of radio broadcasts featuring works by Gustav and Imogen Holst.

For some of the recordings, information about the performers and conductors involved is given.

This series also include the oral history archive compiled by Rosamund Strode, relating to Imogen Holst and her life and works, transcripts of which can be found in HOL/5/2.
