Suggests that he has a great deal of Frederick Lanchester's correspondence that would help with contributions towards a biography of him. One of his last letters from him mentioned Lanchester's doctor telling him that he had Parkinson's disease, and that it was the first time Lanchester had heard of the 'blackguard'. He also related the story of Lanchester being frequently rung by people wanting to speak to a famous surgeon Sir Charles Ballance, who had a similar telephone number. On one occasion Lanchester said: 'no, and you can't get him; he died this morning!'
Copy typed letter [from Robert Lockhart] to Frank Lanchester thanking him for his letters of August 6th and August 18th and sending two copies of the summary of Frederick Lanchester's career
