Scope and Content

Letters from the Rev Murdo Mackenzie who served at Wuking-fu from 1888 to 1902 and at Sam-ho-pa from 1902 to 1910. From 1910 to 1925 he was principal of the Theological College at Wuking-fu. In addition to the letters describing his missionary work there are three manuscripts by him entitled "Mountain travelling in the Hak-Ka country" , "A mission town in the Hakka Country" and " A picture of the Driad side of Chinese Peasant life".
