Has not been able to find Beaton's Mr. Portheim. Ofa and Asfa have been very helpful, but their films are not very imaginative or experimental. Discusses films he has been watching. The best he has seen is called "Feme". The cinemas in Berlin are astounding. They are vulgar, but no worse than the Plaza or New Gallery. Had no idea that Berlin was so pleasant and is enjoying his stay very much.
