(1) gives free entry into tenement called Boryens during lives of parties. Partnership to last minimum of 2 years. Parties to share equally in profits from lands in return for labour of (2) and 2 measures of barley and 2 of flour per year.After 2 years if (1) no longer wishes to work, (2) to provide for Elizabeth, but tenement then to remain wholly to (2). If (2) fall into arrears in payments or labour, then (1) can re-enter.
