Account Statements: Money given to wives of men in the Militia.

Records relating to the wives and families of Sergeants, Corporals and balloted men from Hilary 1796 to Easter 1798. Items relate to payments made by the Parish of Amlwch to the wife and children of David Pritchard, a lotman; by the Parish of Amlwch to the wife of Hugh Parry, a lotman; by the Parish of Amlwch to Elizabeth Roberts, ( Owen on some documents) wife and 3 children of Robert Owen, Sergeant; by the Parish of Llanielen to Ann, wife of William Pritchard, a balloted man; by the Parish of Amlwch for the maintenance of the 2 children of John Smith, a Corporal, ( on one receipt the money was paid to Mrs Morgans); by the Parish of Amlwch to Margaret Lewis (Llanerchymedd) , wife of John Roberts, a substitute for [?] of Bangor; by the Parish of Llanbadrick to Margaret Harris, the wife and 3 children of John Thomas, a Corporal;
