COPY LETTER: John Jones, Treasurer of Anglesey, Beaumaris, to the Treasurer of Denbigh requesting that the maintenance paid to the family of David Jones, a private in the militia be stopped. He adds that reimbursement cannot be claimed from the parish of Llanbadrig for which David Jones was serving as substitute. The reason for the stopping of payment is that David Jones volunteered into the 1st Regiment of Guards on 1st April 1813.
