Scope and Content

LETTER: John Price Bodnyfed to Mrs Margaret Hughes. He had the rent of Dolefredydd and Mynydd and left it at Wern with his brother William who informed him that M. H had not sent for it. He also sent to John Roberts who holds Ty'n Caeau to come to Wern to pay his rent, but he did not turn up. The property he (J. P.) holds is let to John Jones. He encloses a copy of a letter he received from Mr Richard Jones asking to see the deeds. He is surprised that M. H did not inform him of this. It ought to be their mutual interest to consult and assist each other in everything concerning the joint estate. He has today written to Mr Owen Jones of Carnarvon for advice. She will consult Mr Rowland Hughes when next he comes to Anglesey. He hopes to hear from her soon. Sends his love to her and her sons. He had asked Mr O. Jones if he will get the rent of Ty'n y Caea from John Roberts.
