Scope and Content

LETTER: Margaret Hughes, Pistill to Mr Price, Bodnyfa. Owen Thomas, joiner of Clynnog infomed her that William Jones had been to see him 3 times to make enquiries about her uncle John Bulkeley. The last time he called, Owen Thomas told him to go and cut Vaenol timber, so O. T does not expect any more visits. Several of her neighbours can testify that John Bulkeley was proved in the election, which does not make him an idiot. John Thomas, Nant and Hugh Hughes the Smith are the only persons who could be of service to them in this matter.
