LETTER: Owen Jones, Carnarvon to Mr John Price, Bodnyfed, Amlwch. As he predicted Mr Horne has given notice in writing that he would not enter his cause in the Marshal's book not proceed to trail at the next Great Sessions. O. J will at the next session move the court for judgement as in case of a nonsuit which will give them costs if it is worth persuing for them. Horne, however, now threatens a Bill in chancery which O. J believes will likewise end in smoke.
He has received J. P.'s letter respecting Horne having withdrawn his horns for the present though he threatens to pull them out again.
