Via Due Macelli 97, Roma (Italy). On a recently discovered letter from Umberto Saba to Morse, to be inserted to Saba's collected letters. Regarding Linuccia Saba's work on her father's literary output and the translations of Saba's literary work abroad: Linuccia Saba mentions Pablo Neruda's intention to translate Saba into Spanish and asks Morse for a copy of an English anthology of contemporary Italian poetry, which includes the translations of some of Saba's poems. Also mentions a book on Saba by Nora Baldi. In order to uncover new authorial variants for the reissuing of Saba's literary work, Linuccia Saba asks Morse to inform her of any handwritten poem by Saba in his possession and to inquire about a manuscript copy of the Canzoniere, which was sold by Saba to a British officer, whose name is unknown to Linuccia Saba.
