Letters sent from Dyalma Stultus (1901-1977). Trieste painter and sculptor. Having graduated from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Venezia, from 1922 he began showing his work in art galleries and museums in Italy and abroad; he also took part in international art exhibitions, such as the Biennale di Venezia and the Quadriennale di Roma. He was an admirer and friend of Gregorio Bisia and Benjamin Morse and protégé of Prince Alexander della Torre e Tasso. (Included in the file are 2 photographs from negatives of a portrait by Stultus, together with 5 photographs from negatives of a Rainer Maria Rilke bust by an unidentified sculptor, recorded as Buoni).
