Scope and Content

Letter sent from the Schiller-Nationalmuseum in Marbach-am-Neckar. Migge sympathises with Morse's anxieties about his eyesight. His exhibition catalogue on Theodor Fontane will soon be in Morse's hands, who should read it 'as if it were a piece of [Migge] himself'. He asks for more information on the letters of Friedrich de la Motte Fouqué, and regrets that the museum does not have the Welsh translations of Rilke that Morse is seeking.
