Administrative / Biographical History

The Personnel Office is part of the Management Services Division (MSD) of the Central Administration Planning Unit (CAPU). The Office is responsible for the management of the University's personnel function, covering all categories of staff. Areas covered by this office include staffing policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, promotion and grading, discipline and grievances, staff development and training, industrial relations, management and employee information.
