Mainly typewritten with autograph annotations, letters and enclosures sent to Hughes mostly relating to the translation and publication of his works (including The Iron Man, The Iron Woman, Tales of the Early World, Nessie the Mannerless Monster, How the Whale Became, The Life and Songs of Crow, Ffangs the Vampire Bat and the Kiss of Truth, Season Songs and New Selected Poems) in different countries. Also includes a letter relating to the translation of Johnny Panic and the Bible of Dreams, The Bell Jar and Ariel by Sylvia Plath; and a letter relating to the serialisation of The Iron Man in New South Wales (Australia).
