H.] is anxious to get away. He has not sold his wheat yet but has received offers for it of £3. 18s. per ton, but he will sell it for what he can get. John is very bad. every week he is away 3 or 4 nights drinking and after bad girls. They are both very worried about the situation. The tenant of Waterloo has given notice to quit and the writer has no tenant fo the house. He is having nothing but trouble with what little he has.
