LETTER: Jain & James Bell to their children, Thomas and Jain. They write that they have bought a small farm of 25 acres with a house, a barn and 50 fruit trees. J. B. cannot do much work as his strength has gone. He says he asked Lesley and Mary to take over the farm and he and his wife live with them. When he dies L. and M. would make use of the farm on the understanding that his wife remain with them until her death. On her death the farm would go to Mary and her heirs. He has made his will, the children will receive 200 dollars each.
