LETTER: [Hugh Hughes] Ty Mawr Mynydd, Holyhead to his son [William] concerning business propositions. He is considering giving mortgage or loan on three houses at Porth-y-Felin. Asks W.H. if he would like to give them , in which case he (W.H.) will have Mr O Owens, attorney to draw the mortgage with power to sell the property if the interest is not paid. He suggests £300 would be plenty [for] the seven houses at Porth-yFelin. Unsigned.
